What sizes are available, and can I link multiple tents together?
We currently rent two Crossover sizes: the Crossover M (409 ft²) for intimate activations and VIP areas, and the Crossover L (732 ft²) for events, catering setups, and large brand experiences. Both can be linked together via gutter connectors, so you can create longer covered walkways or expand floorplans as needed.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekend events and brand activations, 4–8 weeks of lead time is ideal. For larger productions or weather-sensitive installations (heated, lit, or projection-mapped), aim for 8–12 weeks so we can plan power, weatherproofing, and any custom buildouts. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — reach out and we'll let you know what's available.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on tent size, duration, location, and the scope of creative layering involved (lighting, decor, projection, or branded fabric). Standard daily and weekly rates are available — but most projects are quoted as a complete package after we understand the brief. Email us with your dates and a quick description and we'll send a detailed estimate.
What's included in delivery and installation?
Every rental includes professional delivery, install, and breakdown by our team. We handle anchoring, sidewall configuration, and on-site adjustments. Tents can be installed on grass, hard surfaces (with weighted ballast), or decking — let us know your venue and we'll plan accordingly. Travel beyond the Denver metro is available for an additional fee.
Are these tents weather rated?
Yes — both Crossover tents are storm-rated to 50 mph wind and operate in temperatures from −22°F to 158°F. Covers are flame-resistant and TÜV certified. They handle real Colorado weather, including spring storms and high-altitude wind. We monitor forecasts in the lead-up to every event and will advise on safety precautions.
Can you layer in lighting, branding, and projection?
Yes, this is where we shine. Each tent can serve as a blank canvas for projection mapping, ambient or theatrical lighting, fabric overlays, or full creative direction. We've used these structures for cultural installations, branded activations, and luxury events — every piece can be tailored to fit the story you're telling. Just let us know what you're imagining.
What about power, heating, and cooling?
We coordinate power planning based on your needs — projection systems, lighting, heaters, and HVAC can all be integrated. For winter or shoulder-season events, propane or electric heaters are available. For summer installs, fans and shaded sidewalls keep things comfortable. Power requirements are confirmed during the planning phase.
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% deposit reserves your dates and locks in pricing. The balance is due 14 days before installation. For longer-lead or custom-build projects, a different payment schedule can be arranged.
