Our Process

From first conversation to final reveal — how a Haus of Jamin project unfolds.

Every project begins with a conversation and ends with a moment people remember. In between, we move through five phases — each designed to keep the work grounded in story and uncompromising in execution.

Phase 01
Discovery

Listening, looking, asking the right questions

Every project starts with understanding. We learn the space, the audience, the brand, and the moment you're trying to create. Site visits, reference gathering, and conversations with stakeholders shape an initial creative brief.

By the end of Discovery, we'll have alignment on the story we're telling — what the experience should make people feel, and how it fits into the larger context of the place and the people who'll encounter it.

Phase 02
Concept

Translating story into a creative direction

We develop the visual language, palette, materials, and narrative arc of the piece. This is where mood becomes form — concept boards, sketches, sample motion studies, and a clear creative direction document that everyone can rally around.

You'll see the work take shape: how the lighting will move, what textures the surfaces will have, what the projection will reveal. We refine until the concept feels inevitable.

Phase 03
Design & Engineering

Drawing it, costing it, making it real

We move from concept into technical design. CAD drawings, materials lists, projection mapping plans, lighting schedules, structural details, and production budgets. Permits, power requirements, and safety planning get sorted out here.

This phase is invisible to the audience but essential to the work — it's where ambition meets practical reality and we make sure everything we've imagined can actually be built and installed safely.

Phase 04
Build

Fabrication, content, and rehearsal

The studio comes alive. Canvases get airbrushed. Structures get welded and fitted. Projection content is animated, looped, and color-corrected. Lighting cues are programmed and tested. Audio (if any) is mixed.

We rehearse the install in the studio whenever possible — staging the piece, testing the projection rig, making sure everything works before it ever reaches your site. The goal is no surprises on installation day.

Phase 05
Install & Reveal

On site, dialed in, then handed over

Installation. Calibration. Final color, focus, and cue tuning on location. We handle the entire on-site execution — anchoring, rigging, projection alignment, lighting setup, and any last-minute creative adjustments needed for the actual space and conditions.

Then comes the reveal: the moment the work is seen for the first time. We document everything — photo, video, behind-the-scenes — and stay through opening night to make sure the piece performs the way we promised. After that, the experience belongs to the audience.
